Search all homes that are listed for sale in the MLS, with the Seller Type designated as "Corporation or Trust." These are typically homes that have been acquired by investors and have been recently renovated. These homes may also be former rentals that a landlord is selling off of their portfolio, or homes held in a family trust that are being sold.

Many of these homes are often "Fix and Flips," because experienced real estate investors always form corporations to acquire their properties under, for tax benefits and limiting personal liability.
