David was very professional and got my house sold quickly. We had a couple of tricky buyers and David was always looking out for my interests. He kept the buyers from backing out of a deal for some ridiculous reasons and thankfully we ended up closing with them. I would recommend him again.

We were referred to David from our lender. Right away, David was able to provide us professional and quality business. He never hesitated answering any of our questions and when we needed him, he always responded promptly or always made time for us. With today's housing market, David was able to be persistent and get creative with our offers. Our offer was accepted on the 2nd house we wanted and a bonus to be in the neighborhood that we wanted also. David is highly knowledgeable of what he does and he takes his job seriously. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $525K in Longmont, CO.

We just relocated from out of state to CO. Our timeline was very tight due to professional and personal constraints. Our expectations were/are very high, and our needs and desires for new home and location were extremely specific. Northern CO and the North Denver area has been a "seller's market" for awhile, so there is quite a lot of competition that a buyer faces. David delivered above and beyond our expectations! First if all, we researched, interviewed and spent time with a number of realtors, and then we selected David. Communication with David is easy, accessible and positive. David is most generous with his time and effort: First day in person with him lasted about 14 hours (we pushed to see as many homes as possibly, and ended up going to 37 homes and many developments in Erie, Longmont, Broonfield and other surrounding towns.) David listens to his clients and doesn't spend his energy forcing only the homes he's listed. He stays current with the market and his clients' needs. He is honest, straight forward, knows the broad area and knows homes. Any question we had regarding structure and materials, David knew the answers. David's assistant, Amanda, supports all through the entire process with proficiency and efficiency. Both David and Amanda are wonderful people who love their work and offer decades of experience in real estate. We were blessed by their services! We can't imagine any realtor offering better! We highly recommend David for your real estate needs!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Seven Hills, Aurora, CO.

I found Mr. Hakimi here on Zillow and I'm glad I did - he was my listing agent and within a few days from signing our agreement, he had met with me at the house, discussed the process and his opinion, we agreed on an asking price, and he setup an open house.

We got lots of offers on the first day, and David helped me choose the best one. During the inspection / objection process, his expertise literally saved me thousands of dollars. That's not an exaggeration - he kindly told me to trust him - and he was 100% right. But he was always friendly and never pushy - he said that if I wanted to do it my way, he'd go along but recommended we try his way. His way worked and like I said, it was well over $5k in savings. I was skeptical but it pays (pun intended) to go with someone experienced. I am certain that no other agent would have gotten us this deal.

So in conclusion, I really can't recommend David highly enough. He is knowledgeable, and skilled, and did everything necessary to close the deal at the highest amount in the shortest time.

Bought a home in 2014 in Puritan, Erie, CO 80516.

We are in our first choice home, in our first choice neighborhood thanks to David and Amanda! My husband and I relocated from California to Colorado and we had a 2 month time frame to make our move, start to finish. With such an aggressive deadline we needed a no nonsense agent that could match our pace and meet tight deadlines. Not only was David that agent, he has an entire team of professionals that he works with that were able to get us in to our house, from initial offer to closing, in a month and a half! That is crazy fast.

Moving to another state is hard, and not being able to attend inspections and be in person during the escrow process is not ideal. However, with David and Amanda in our corner we felt completely comfortable. Their advice was appropriate and they made sure to keep us informed and up to date on all the information related to the transaction. We seriously could not have made this move without David and Amanda!

We will be clients for life with them because of this experience! If you want to make sure you have the best agent, that has a great network, and tons of working knowledge of the area, then David is the agent to contact.

Sold a home in 2014 in Quimby, Thornton, CO 80229.

I cannot say enough good things about David Hakimi and his Assistant Amanda! This team really delivered when I was trying to sell my house in Thornton Colorado!

David Hakimi and Amanda Eckhoff took on the responsibility of selling my home early in the summer of 2014. Due to a variety of challenges with the property and other matters beyond our control we were not able to close on the property until very late in the year. David stayed with it and kept positive throughout the difficulties of the sale. The house had water intrusion in the sub-basement TWICE and we had a buyer unable to complete their financial end of the contract late in the summer, but Mr. Hakimi and Ms. Eckhoff stuck with me through thick and thin and brought us to a great conclusion on the Christmas Eve! I couldn't believe their loyalty and selflessness! They are pros at every level of realty matters and they cared about me and went more than the extra mile to make this problematic sale happen! THEY CLOSED NETTING ME MORE THAN OUR ASKING PRICE IN THE SLOWEST TIME OF HOME SALES, THE HOLIDAYS!
