The Erie Air Park neighborhood is located in Weld County, just 20 miles north of Denver and only a 17 minute drive from Boulder. It consists of 127 single family homes on large lots up to 3 acres, many with spectacular mountain views and wildlife. Home prices in the Air Park range from $550,000 to just over $1,000,000.
The Erie Airpark is located in the St. Vrain School District and feeds Black Rock Elementary, Erie Middle School, and Erie High School. Several top rated charter and private schools are also in close proximity, such as Prospect Ridge Academy and Peak to Peak Charter School.

The airport runway is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, unless closed for repairs or snow removal. The airport accommodates approximately 35,000 landings and take-offs yearly, with the majority of traffic occurring on weekends.
FBO services include aircraft rental, flight instruction, and aircraft tie-down. 100LL and JetA fuel can also be purchased on site. The automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) at the Erie Municipal Airport broadcasts: Ceiling, Current altimeter settings, Dew Point, Temperature in degrees Celsius, Visibility, along with Wind Direction and Wind Speed. The system updates with real-time information every minute, and broadcasts on 133.825 MHz. The FBO is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, unless closed for repairs or snow removal. FBO hours of operation are from 0800 to 1700l daily.
Nearby shopping and amenities include the brand-new King Sooper's Marketplace at Sheridan and Hwy 7, Costco, Sears Grand, Super Target, Walmart, Cabela's, The Lazy Dog Sports Bar & Grill, Chili's, Famous Dave's Barbeque, and the Colorado National Golf Course. Coming in 2017-2018, the area will also feature a new Ikea, Top Golf, and a massive Designer Outlet Mall.
