Homes for sale in Rex Ranch, Erie CO

Rex Ranch is one of Erie's newest neighborhoods, featuring four amazing Ranch Style floorplans, and three 2-Story floorplans from Taylor Morrison's 50's Collection.  The ranch plans in the 50's Collection are easily some of the best ranch floorplans currently being constructed by any tract home builder in Colorado.   These unique ranch plans can be built with 13 foot tall ceilings that give them an open and expansive feel not currently offered in a ranch plan by any other tract builders in Colorado.  When these 13ft tall ceilings are combined with their large 2,390-3,633 square foot floorplans, it makes for an unbelievably spacious feel!    Additionally, Taylor Morrison offers these plans with an optional 4-Car garage, to better accommodate the ATVs, UTVs, Boats, Jeeps, and convertibles that are an essential part of the Ultimate Colorado lifestyle!

If you're looking for the ultimate ranch floorplans, and an easy commute to Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, and DIA, Rex Ranch may be the neighborhood you've been searching for.   However, this neighborhood has recently been in ultra-high demand, so there are currently no spec homes available.  Homes must be built here from a dirt-start as lots are released.
