Location: Flatiron Meadows is located at the Southwest corner of N. 119th and Erie Parkway, on the Boulder County side of Erie Colorado. The subdivision is a short 15 minute commute from Boulder, and only 25 minutes from Denver. Flatiron Meadows features single and two-story, ultra-efficient, energy saving, green-built homes.
Schools: Schools are part of the Boulder Valley RE-2 School District.
HOA: $50 per month. Includes common grounds maintenance, recycling and trash removal.
Builder: Meritage Homes, and Lennar Homes with solar panels included. Meritage Homes has completed construction and closed out their models. Lennar is still actively building, and has open models. To view the models, call (720) 370-3000
