Erie Commons is located in the Northeast part of Erie Colorado, just 2 blocks East of the Erie Community Center and Town of Erie Library.   Its located approximately 1.75 miles West of I-25 on Erie Parkway.     

Schools- Schools are in the St. Vrain Valley RE-1J, School District.

HOA-The neighborhood is HOA protected, and the HOA monthly dues are $47.07.  These dues cover common grounds maintenance, community pool upkeep, and trash removal.   The HOA requires the homes in the Meritage phase to have lower, 4ft fences to maintain an open communal feel among neighbors.  So, homes in Erie Commons may not be ideal for people with large or medium breed dogs that could easily jump over a lower fence. 

Builder- Constructed by Meritage and Richmond American Homes, between 2006-2012, the builders have now officially closed out construction. However, many re-sales are routinely listed.  The Richmond American phase is the newest section of the Erie Commons subdivision, built between 2011-2012.  The Meritage phase was the original section, built between 2005-2006.   

Homes in the neighborhood range, in size from the smallest ranch style home at just under 1,700 sq feet (+ additional basement and 2 car garage), to the largest 2-story model at just over 3,200 sq ft (+ additional basement and 3 car garage).
